Talk to a mental health nurse
One of our mental health nurses will call you and become your dedicated point of contact, providing support and guidance throughout the process.

Talk to our team of mental health professionals
Based on your chat with our mental health nurse, we will match you to a psychologist and/or psychiatrist who will meet with you within days via a video call.

Receive a report and treatment recommendations
You will receive a written report outlining our findings so you can completely understand what is driving your symptoms, and share this with your own treating team. You will also discuss the findings with our mental health nurse who can then facilitate further therapy, if required.
